For Interested buyers please take a moment to review a few of our policies and procedures for your future purchase. Deposits are required prior to your purchase of your puppy, deposits do vary depending on the breed of your choice. When deposits are placed it will ensure that your puppy will remain on hold for your future purchase. Please keep in mind that puppies can NOT leave the home until at least 6 weeks of age, but, if you are having your new bundle of joy shipped to you it cannot leave until at least 8 weeks of age.
Deposits are Non-Refundable: because of the possible loss of a future sale, to other interested parties. In the event of illness or death of puppy prior to leaving my home, then you shall choose to take a replacement or refund.
Shipping of Animals: we will ship all of our animals to you at your expense, as long as age appropriate, and falls within the guidelines within the area of your residency.
Disclosures For Puppies: We will provide for each puppy that leaves our home, all age appropriate shots, and worming's (if Dobermans Tails, and Dew Claws will be removed), (if Shar-Peis eye's will be tacked if necessary). Each puppy will come with their own registration papers, and pedigree's if available.
Our Health Guarantee: Being a small hobby breeder its hard to guarantee the life span of any animal you purchase. I can NOT control what happens to the animal once it leaves my home. In the event a terminal illness or loss of animal occurs. The cause of illness or death MUST be proven and documented by a licensed DVM (Doctrine Of Veterinarian Medicine). Illness MUST be traced back to one of my male or female's that your animal came from. In the event that this does happen I am willing to REPLACE the animal with another of that breed, as soon as one is available. NO REFUNDS! Fortunately this has never happened, but in the event it does we are fair people and are willing to work with you.
Method of Payments Accepted: Pay Pal, Western Union, Cash, Personal Check as long as received prior to puppy leaving home, giving the check time to clear account. CASH ONLY ON PICKUP'S. Should you choose to use pay pal for a deposit add 10% for pay pal fee's.
